I used to dig them quite a bit. Haven't really listened to them the past few years, but I had a lot of fun at a RAQ show, about 6 years ago. Only show I ever saw a vendor, with his own booth, selling doses, baked shroom and herb goodies. I think the RAQ experience translates better in a live setting. Recordings really don't capture the whole experience. I'd have to listen to these guys again, but I might have just liked them because I was on a lot of drugs at the time. I also used to groove out to the Disco Biscuits, but realized I didn't like them when not on lots of drugs.

Don't need anything to enjoy the GD, so that's how I know it's excellent music!

I think I might have to check these guys live, I'm thinking it might highlight the fact that I'm old though - seems like it would be a 20 something crowd.

Was so when I saw 'em. A lot of drug-crazed asshole kids. I fit right in at the time, but I'm not so sure I would enjoy that environment anymore. Unfortunately there were many people there for the drugs, rather than the music. I did enjoy the music A LOT, but like I mentioned, I was pretty dosed. If you enjoy their music in a non-live setting though, I think you'd have fun at a show, even if you don't drink the kool-aid.

hahahah

Yeah, I'm past the kool-aid stage. I had fun at the vibes even though it was mostly 20 somethings asking for Molly & Sas - I had no clue who Molly and Sas were. apparently MDA & MDMA types.

LMAO, well you'll run into the same thing at a RAQ show. But, the tickets were pretty cheap when I saw them, and probably still are, so I say give it a shot.

Sas's full name is Sassafras. I think Molly is a much sweeter gal, but be sure to stay away from Mickey!
